Global CEO Clubs Term of Membership

Those who would like to impulse to achieve the tenet of the club, match one of the following conditions, may join the club.

1. Founder Director Level Members (Lifetime Membership, up to 80 positions limited.)

(1) CEOs who represent companies with annual sales/investment of over 200,000,000(Two Hundred Million) RMB Yuan, and would like to take part in the future developments of the club.

(2)  One may become a Founder Director Level Member only by invitations; such invitations may be sent by president, directors or director members of the club.

2. Director Members (15 years membership, up to 180 positions limited.

(1) CEOs who represent companies with annual sales/investment of over 50,000,000(Fifty Million) RMB Yuan, and would like to take part in the future developments of the club.

(2)  One may become a Founder Director Level Member only by invitations; such invitations may be sent by president, directors or director members of the club.

3. Registered Members

(1) CEOs who represent companies with annual sales/investment of over 20,000,000(Twenty Million) RMB Yuan, and would like to take part in the future developments of the club.

(2)  Registered Membership applications are accepted and approved by membership developments council of the club.

4. Contact Members

(1) CEOs representing companies with total annual sales ＆#118alue less than the minimum requirements of being Registered Members, but accept and agree with the term of membership and tenet of the club, would like to take part in club activities, recommended by registered members and filed by membership developments council for future promotions.

(2) Contact Members should be promoted to registered members when their company’s total annual sale ＆#118alue hits the minimum requirement of being Registered Members.

Rights of Members

1. Director Members:

(1) Priority to attend superior club activities.

(2) Recommended by the club, possess the priority to meet with governmental leaders and foreign business visitors.

(3) 1 time to be main speaker in CEO salons and to be the front for the salon.

(4) Rights to distribute the brochure of the company which director members represent.

(5) Rights to take part in superior business activities other than club activities representing Global CEO Clubs.

(6) Discounted price in non-free business & social activities.

(7) During the time of membership, may promote the company they representing by using “Director of Global CEO Clubs” title.

(8) Have all the rights that registered members have.

2. Registered Members:

(1) Rights to attend all CEO salons for free.

(2) Discounted price for attending domestic investors visits, international communications and international business visits organized by the club.

(3) Free or discounted price for attending activities provided by various levels of domestic government, foreign commercial organizations, embassies, famous committees, and educational organizations, superior meeting centers and so on.

(4) Free or discounted price for attending business, commercial, health programs, media, juristic and any other activities provided by the club.

(5) Discounted price for attending various activities provided by partner organizations of the club. (Guanlan Golf Club, Silver lake International etc.)

(6)Discounted price in various methods for feasting various services provided by other club member’s companies.

(7)Rights to publish information of the company which member represents on Global CEO Clubs official website and USA CEO Clubs official website.

(8) Rights to get assistance from the club in business communications with other members among the world.

(9) During the time of membership, may promote the company they representing by using “Member of Global CEO Clubs” title.

(10) May request the club to organize domestic and international investments, product trades, technology alienations, franchising, recruiting, information publishing activities and programs for companies which members representing, members are responsible to pay the fees related.

(11) Priority to obtain domestic and international commercial information the club has.

(12) Rights to advice in order to future developments of the club.

(13) Rights to feast the foreign visa, international business visit, oversea tour information services provided by club for free.

(14) During the time of membership, may attend the activities being held by the international chapters of USA CEO Clubs to meet the international entrepreneurs and create commercial partnerships.

Duties of Members

1. Observe the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the laws of countries where Global CEO Clubs activities taking place.

2. Consciously vindicate the honor of the club, observe various regulations and rolls of the club.

3. Abide by the tenet of the club and be active to attend club activities.

4. During study and cooperation among the members, vindicate the rules of being honest and trustful, and provide interactive services to other members with own experience, resource and knowledge.

5. Pay membership fees on time.

Membership Extending & Cancellation

1. Those members who pay lifetime or annual membership fee timely and fulfill the membership duties will get their membership automatically extended.

2. Those members who violate criminal laws, declare to

be bankrupt in public, fail to pay membership fee on time will automatically lose their membership.
